Montreal-based Basia Bulat is gearing up to release her fourth studio album, Good Advice, on February 12. The folk singer-songwriter dropped by the Paste Studio recently to perform a few tracks off of the forthcoming release, which was produced by My Morning Jacket’s Jim James.
Since the release of Bulat’s 2007 debut LP Oh, My Darling, she has shared the stage with artists such as St. Vincent, Sufjan Stevens and Arcade Fire, (not to mention The National, Destroyer, Andrew Bird…you get the picture – lots).
