Built to Spill Announce Keep It Like a Secret 20th Anniversary Tour

‘90s rock legends Built to Spill have announced a new tour to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their beloved album Keep It Like a Secret. The massive three-leg tour begins at the Lucky You Lounge in Spokane, Wash., on June 21 and stretches all the way to Sonoma, Calif., on November 23. Tickets for the tour go on sale Friday, March 15, at 1 p.m. ET via the band’s website.

1999’s Keep It Like a Secret is Built to Spill’s fourth studio album. It boasts some of the Boise, Idaho, band’s best material and biggest hits, including “Carry the Zero,” “The Plan” and “Else.” Doug Martsch and company have already announced a series of European dates to celebrate the album that begin in Dublin, Ireland, on April 28 and run through a stop in Lyon, France, on May 29.

Built to Spill’s most recent album was 2015’s Untethered Moon, which marked their first full-length record in six years. They spent the spring of last year on tour through North American with the Afghan Whigs.
