After a Brooklyn-centric Friday, the Pitchfork Music Festival punctuated yesterday with an eclectic and unarguably great handful of headliners. A Tribe Called Quest brought an explosive amount of energy in what they’ve labeled their final leg of touring, a swan song in honor of founding member Phife Dawg who passed away last year. An empty mic was left in his honor. PJ Harvey remains at the height of a career that began in 1992 (she even played “Down By the Water’) and former Chicago resident Angel Olsen received a hometown welcome, her gentle Americana drifting over the crowds. Photographer DeShaun Craddock caught all of the above in addition to performances from Arab Strap, Cherry Glazerr, Francis and the Lights, Mitski, Vagabon and Weyes Blood. Check back tomorrow for our final day of coverage from Pitchfork Music Festival 2017 .
