Author Andy Johnson is an executive coach and organizational consultant that works with leaders and teams at the individual, group and organizational levels. He provides a broad range of services including: job benchmarking and matching, executive coaching, team development, conflict prevention, and cultural transformation. Andy works with all kinds of leaders but specializes in working with introverted leaders he calls yin leaders. Yin leaders do not align with the Western extroverted stereotype of leadership but instead leverage an alternative and complementary set of natural talent patterns and competencies to lead in a different way. He provides individual coaching for these leaders and a periodic workshop for yin leaders. He also works with teams to help prevent conflict and to deepen team health and relationships.
