About the Book

Since 1995, Marc Wollin has been writing an award winning weekly column looking at everyday life from a different angle. In this first collection, he muses on people he's met, places he's been and food he's eaten.

About the Author

Marc Wollin lives in Bedford, NY. His column "Glancing Askance" has been published in several newspapers since November 1995, distributed via email since June 1997 and has been recognized as the Best Humor Column in its class in New York State by the New York Press Association. In real life, he is a television and event writer/producer/director. He and his wife Susan have two grown boys, and are just starting to figure what to do with the rest of the lives now that they are true empty nesters.
