About the Book

Well, here’s my Basic Premise : Life, as I see it, and as I’ve lived it so far, is defined as something that MUST go from Mountain-top Experiences to Valley Experiences and back again...on and on the dizzying cycle goes. But I believe we, you and I both, do not have a helpful and/or accurate perspective of either experience (at least I don’t have one, which, again, is why I’m writing this book). The truth is, I long to stay on the Mountain-top and do not see the reason for the Valleys...which is why it seems I’ve had very few mountain-top experiences. At least, when I look at the list of ‘valleys’ that I’ve provided for you above, I only see pain, I only see needless pain and struggle...

So go ahead. Sip that deliciousness and breathe deep of those wonderful fragrances of the Mountain-Top Experiences of Life. Just don’t forget there’s some nutrient-rich soil that is growing some just-as delicious and needed produce to feed your soul (as well) in the Valley. You need both. Dare to seek out both. You won’t be sorry you did. At least that’s my belief. You be the judge.

Peace.

About the Author

Since beginning my writing journey with a devotional on Psalms 23 (found on NoiseTrade), my heart was stirred with one question: What if we could reflect as honestly as the psalmists do? What if we dare to be as honest with our emotions as the psalmists are? How would that change our relationship with our Creator? In all of my writings, I dare to ask the questions that few do.
