About the Book
Gliding his hand along the work bench, the son remembers. Sometimes it’s too late to know. Sometimes the lessons come so quickly that you aren’t
ready for them. But sometimes the lessons come & we can soak in the
beauty
of them & choose to live our lives reflecting on the privilege of
learning
them. The Carpenter’s Son is a story of a young boy who was confronted
with the reality of his own Father’s too soon death. He, as a proud son,
always
sat, transfixed in his father’s care in his work as a carpenter. He
didn’t know
it but he was being taught lessons that would stay with him for the rest
of his
life.
About the Author
Since beginning my writing journey with a devotional on Psalms 23 (found on NoiseTrade), my heart was stirred with one question: What if we could reflect as honestly as the psalmists do? What if we dare to be as honest with our emotions as the psalmists are? How would that change our relationship with our Creator? In all of my writings, I dare to ask the questions that few do.
