"The Seed in Gasoline" is finally here! After years of writing it and struggling through a bizarre twist of events in my life, this album is finally ready to be set free from my Alcatraz of tunes. These songs were the ones I really ripped out of my heart while it was being yo-yo'd (yea, have fun with that). We kept a lot of first takes to keep an honest, raw feeling and you might possibly detect which track I sang lead vocals with a buzz. I know it's the most important project I have done so far and I feel like it's helped me grow as a person. With the nature of being a writer, other projects would easily get in the way, so it sat and stewed with me for so long. I think it was meant to; it helped me be aware of myself in a way I never was before. I am giving this album away. If you have no money, take it; download it without guilt. If you do have some cash, hey, give what you want. The most important thing to me is to share my art with you and for you to hopefully feel something. Let's all invisibly cheer to each other in a toast to the human condition and to blazing new trails after things you never thought you'd get through.

I'd like to specially thank: My dearest friend, Mary Kenny, who continues to push me and think against the grain. Jennifer Norman and her wonderful family for their never-ending support and rare spirit, that's continually refreshing in this dull world. And last, but not least, my husband, Jimm, for being there when the light was completely gone and helping to bring these songs to the surface. You are the universe.
