This CD has been in my head, heart and soul for far too long. It's been a work in progress since forever (okay, maybe about 10 years or so). I began writing songs before I ever picked up the guitar. As soon as I played an actual chord, I was hooked. Songwriting and music became an obsession, and perhaps my greatest therapy. This album provides the listener with a rare chance to peer into my soul. I hope you enjoy listening, and I'd love to hear your thoughts, so feel free to send me a message.

Special thanks to Abby Clayton for calling me "Two Cents" and getting the album title permanently etched in my head for 7+ years. Thanks to Kate Sniadowski for designing and creating the album cover. Your creativity is fabulous. Thanks to all my teachers. My crowded mind would be directionless without your guidance. Thanks to my family and friends; you all keep me inspired and entertained. This work is dedicated to Brad Becker and Alice Schaaf with love and endless thanks.Without the two of you I would simply not function. Brad, you cared enough to hear my stories and get me playing music in the first place. Your humor, spirit, and constant friendship help to keep me afloat. Alice, you're always the logical one. I'm not sure that you've ever doubted my ability to do anything, and for that I thank you. Give the dogs a hug for me.
