Description

The 13 songs that make up Ever The Forager are an eclectic mix of roots and folk based music from up and coming singer songwriter Fergus McKay. Blending ideas and flavours gathered while travelling the world as a busker, meeting and playing with musicians from everywhere and anywhere, the arrangements are rich and textured, while using folk and traditional instruments.

The contributors to the album came from around the world to a small village in rural France over the course of a year to help create a truly intercultural and international flavour.

The aim was to create an album the captured the joy of musicians working together, while reaping the rewards of Fergus' years of foraging for ideas while on the road.
