The Ritchie Brothers took some thought, asked around for opinions, and then changed their name to The Victorian Model Citizens. Eliot brought his banjo out of retirement, Evan dusted off his rusty solo a capella skills, and the two of them have started the ball rolling on a style of their own. Mixing originals with some lesser known folk songs, the brothers have begun to develop a signature sound featuring a hard driving banjo descended from the old Bluegrass sound, and harmonies reminiscent of the great brother duos of the last century.
