When you listen closely to the lyrics in Sara Watkins' latest album, Young In All The Wrong Ways, one might be tempted to think she wrote the songs in the midst of a major life-changing relationship breakup. But you'd be wrong … in all the wrong ways.
This is Watkins' first album of completely original material. Dan Wilson did collaborate with her a little here and there, as did her producer Gabe Witcher. Watkins says she sees this album as "a hopeful record." She says it's about "progress and moving forward, and not resolving to the rut that you found yourself in."
