Description
The Vic Chesnutt catalog stands as a crowning achievement in the history of contemporary acoustic folk and roots-rock. Discovered by Michael Stipe (of R.E.M., who also produced Vic's first two albums), Chesnutt was a prolific writer, recording 17 albums that defied the norms of singer-songwriter folk.
For the first time, Vic's first four albums on the storied Texas Hotel label, along with two of his latter recordings with New West Records are being reissued on heavyweight 180g vinyl in exclusive colored editions, only through PledgeMusic. And to celebrate, New West is offering up 12 classic cuts from these albums here on NoiseTrade.
