Donald Trump Watches French Military Marching Band Play Daft Punk Medley, Is Not Impressed

French president Emmanuel Macron has been an incredibly gracious host during Donald Trump’s visit to his country, despite Trump’s determination to be the most awkward guest of all time. So far, Trump has held Macron’s hand hostage, hit on his wife and looked completely disinterested in a medley of Daft Punk songs during a Bastille Day parade.

While seated next to Macron, Trump looked on with glassy eyes and folded arms as a military marching band hopped from one Daft Punk song to another, his body language giving away that he’d much rather be eating a steak with ketchup at Mar-a-Lago. There’s something so surreal about watching Donald Trump zone out to “Harder Better Faster” being played by brass instruments. Hillary would have at least pretended to know Daft Punk’s entire catalog and clapped along offbeat, but this is the American leader we’ve chosen.
