Sean Hannity Rants About Celebrities Being Too Political, Twitter Roasts Him for Looking Like an Idiot

Sean Hannity is fed up. He can’t believe the state of America these days. How could we, as a nation, watch this kind of behavior and do nothing? He was talking, of course, not about legislators’ inaction following the deadliest shooting in modern American history, but about celebrities reprimanding those legislators.

Yes, Hannity took to his show to deliver an unfocused, repetitive screed that was mostly just him watching other, better shows’ reactions to the tragedy and then reading celebrities’ tweets on air. Hannity was disgusted that anyone might “politicize” this tragedy, not realizing that that was exactly what he was doing.

It horrified Hannity, that people might advocate for action to stop this kind of thing from happening again. He couldn’t believe that people might try to do something to save future victims instead of bowing their heads and taking more money from pro-gun lobbyists, which is clearly what he prefers his elected representatives to do. Then, after clumsily attempting to say Europe has just as big a problem with mass shootings (they don’t), Hannity ended his monologue with a random, clumsy effort to blame Chicago’s murder rate on Barack Obama. So, classic Hannity, really.

As usual with someone as stupid as Sean Hannity, the only good thing to come out of his program was the series of tweets roasting him for how dumb he looked. Here are a few of them. Enjoy.

If you really, really feel the need to watch Hannity’s segment, you can do so below. We don’t recommend it.
