Watch: Rangers’ Kenny Miller Scores A Gorgeous Dipping Volley Goal

Rangers, the once-proud Scottish giants currently stuck in the second division, played away at Queen Of The South last weekend. With the game scoreless at just past the hour mark, forward Kenny Miller received the ball from a throw-in just outside the box. Miller— one of only a handful of post-war footballers to play for both Rangers and Celtic, ensuring that he makes friends everywhere he goes— hit the ball low on the volley just outside the 18 yard marker. His shot made a beautiful rise and dip before crashing into the net at the far post.

Did I mention that Miller is 36 years old?

Rangers held on to that scoreline to put QoS away, thus tightening their grip on the top spot in the second division table. It’s looking more and more like the Old Firm rivalry will be reignited next season. Gods help us all.
