As we noted when making our annual predictions and proclamations, “This year the Emmy Awards will likely be a night filled with laughter and tears.” Billy Crystal will lead the Robin Williams tribute, and Seth Meyers will host. Will True Detective beat out Breaking Bad for the top prize? We’ve still gotta wait a while to find out; the ceremony kicks off on NBC at 8 p.m. EST tonight.
