FX Announces Season Premiere Dates for Better Things, You’re The Worst

FX Networks just released premiere dates for Better Things season two and You’re The Worst season four. The two shows are both known for their riotous portrayals of conflicted characters making the best out of their lives.

You’re the Worst is created and executive produced by Stephen Falk. The comedy-drama follows Jimmy (Chris Geere) and Gretchen (Aya Cash), who are struggling with a heap of life issues in Los Angeles; it’s a modern look at love and happiness told through the eyes of two people who haven’t been very successful with either. Also starring Desmin Borges and Kether Donohue as the ill-fated pair’s best friends, the fourth season of You’re The Worst premieres Sept. 6 at 10 p.m. EDT on FXX.

From Louis C.K and Pamela Adlon, Better Things centers on Sam Fox (Adlon) as a single, working mom of three daughters—a hilarious setting for the vulgar comedy of both C.K. and Adlon. Adlon directed all 10 episodes of this second season after their first season won a Peabody Award. Also starring Celia Imrie, Mikey Madison, Hannah Alligood and Olivia Edwards as Sam’s mother and three daughters, Better Things’s second season premieres Sept. 14 at 10 p.m. EDT on FX.
