Grace and Frankie Promises Pigs, RuPaul and a Yurt in Season Five Trailer

Season four of Grace and Frankie ended on the bleakest of notes, with just a sliver of hope as our heroines escaped the retirement home they’d been “Parent Trap-ped” into, only to discover that their children had sold their beachfront haven.

Thankfully, the hijinks appear to be back in season five as WASPy Grace (Jane Fonda) and our favorite hippie grandma Frankie (Lily Tomlin) assert their independence in their old age. The new trailer from Netflix packs a punch, with Frankie and Robert (Martin Sheen) getting high on edibles together, Grace apparently hooking up with the arrogant Nick (Peter Gallagher), and cameos from RuPaul and Nicole Richie. We’re ready to see this formidable duo back in action and explore alongside them what it’s like to live on one’s own terms, saying “fuck it” to the aging process.
