“You’re over me? When were you under me?”
“We have to go back.”
“I want to go to there.”
A good TV quotation stays with you. The best worm their way into your everyday lexicon. A few years ago, I stayed at a hotel that had no hot water in the morning. At checkout, the cheery desk clerk asked me how my stay was. “Not great, Bob!” I replied. The clerk, whose name was not Bob, had no idea what I was talking about. But the opportunity to have such a perfect occasion to use my most favorite Mad Men quotation almost made my freezing cold shower that morning worth it.
Here are our favorite TV quotations from April 2018. If you hear a good one, tweet me at @AmyTVGal or email me at email@example.com and you may see the quotation you chose right here next month.
