The ‘80s-inspired Netflix production was created by brothers Matt and Ross Duffer, who also act as executive producers and directors along with Shawn Levy. Season two was widely viewed, according to Nielsen statistics, making the show one of the most popular in the country. Netflix has also since launched a companion aftershow titled Beyond Stranger Things.
