Telling Lies Gets A Release Date, Out Next Week

There’s a lot of hype surrounding Telling Lies considering that it’s the follow up to developer Sam Barlow’s well-received Her Story. In Telling Lies players will be put in front of a laptop and be tasked with sifting through interview segments from four different people that have been stored on a stolen NSA hard drive. Through hours of video, you’ll have to pick out pieces of evidence that ultimately connect these four people by scrubbing forward and backward through the footage.

Telling Lies stars Logan Marshall-Green (Prometheus), Alexandra Shipp (X-Men: Apocalypse), Kerry Bishé (Halt and Catch Fire), and Angela Sarafyan (Westworld).

You can pre-order Telling Lies on PC, Mac, and iOS devices starting today, before its official release on August 23.
