Neko Case, k.d. lang, and Laura Veirs Are Teaming Up For An Album And Tour

Music News Neko Case

Call it a sort of female Crosby, Stills, and Nash; Neko Case, k.d. lang, and Laura Veirs have announced a collaborative album, fittingly titled case/lang/veirs, to be released on Jun. 17 via Anti-. The three singer-songwriters, all highly accomplished in their own right, will go on tour together starting in June.

They’ve also released a lead single from the album, called “Atomic Number.” It features stunning harmonies amidst a sonic atmosphere that manages to feel full and achingly hollow at the same time. Check it out below, and then keep scrolling for a list of tour dates. Meanwhile, you can read our 2013 feature on Neko Case here, and here you’ll find a review of Laura Veirs’ 2013 album Warp and Weft.
