Colton Haynes is official joining the cast of American Horror Story for the show’s seventh season. Haynes will join Billie Lourd, Even Peters, Sarah Paulson, Leslie Grossman and Billy Eichner as cast members.
After many vague answers from creator Ryan Murphy, the theme for season seven has been confirmed as the presidential election of 2016 and those “who don’t have a voice in our culture.” It is unknown what roles the confirmed actors will play, although Paulson has said she is eager to play Donald Trump.
Thankfully Murphy promised that both Clinton and Trump might not even appear in the season. Our money is on each actor playing a Trump supporter with a pre-existing medical condition. Judging from the Instagram picture Murphy posted announcing the news, Haynes’ ailment could be lung cancer, or he could just be a blood thirsty campaign manager. Nothing seems too far fetched for the series anymore.
Keep an eye on Murphy’s Instagram for further updates about the new season as that’s where he seems to prefer sharing them.
Welcome to American Horror Story, Colton Haynes
