MGMT Reveal That Their Next Album Is Finished

Indie-electronic duo MGMT have revealed that their next album is finished. The band tweeted an image that shows a mastered version of the forthcoming record. They have not released new music since their self-titled album from 2013. Although the untitled album does not yet have a release date, it’s exciting to know that new music from MGMT is on the way.
The duo has been teasing new music for the past two years, which you can read more about here. Indie singer-songwriter Mac DeMarco also teased last year that he plans to collaborate with MGMT.
