Florence + The Machine Announce North American Tour

Florence + The Machine are hitting the road again in August, just in time for the tail-end of the dog days of summer. Following a handful of intimate theater shows this spring, English songstress Florence Welch and her band have announced a full-fledged tour spanning 23 North American cities. The tour kicks off Aug. 5 in Montreal and finishes up Oct. 20 in Minneapolis. You can find all the tour dates below.

Tickets for the tour will go on sale this Friday, June 1, via Ticketmaster. Florence + The Machine have a starry slate of support lined up for their tour, which includes St. Vincent, Lizzo, Grizzly Bear, Kamasi Washington and Perfume Genius, each at different intervals.

Earlier this month, Florence + The Machine announced their new album, High As Hope, which is out June 29 via Republic Records. They’ve also shared two singles from the record, the lullaby-like “Sky Full of Song” and the warm pop anthem “Hunger.” The record, which totals 10 songs, is just as packed with appearances as the tour; among the contributors are Sampha, Jamie xx and, again, Kamasi Washington.

Florence + The Machine have also debuted two other new tracks from the album, “Patricia” and “100 Years,” during a live show in Brazil. You can watch those clips here and check out their tour dates below.
