Chance the Rapper-Starring Horror-Comedy Slice Now Available to Stream

The horror-comedy Slice, starring Chance the Rapper, is now available to rent or buy on iTunes, Google Play and elsewhere. The movie was directed by Austin Vesely, who directed the videos for Chance’s “Angels” and “Sunday Candy,” and stars Zazie Beetz, Joe Keery, Paul Scheer and Rae Gray.

Billed as a horror-comedy, Slice’s plot focuses on a pizza parlor that’s “built on a gateway to hell,” the consequences of which include ghosts, werewolves and glowing green stuff coming out of people’s bodies.

The movie premiered Monday night at Chicago’s ArcLight Cinemas, where Chance, Vesely, Beetz, Scheer and Gray followed the movie with a Q&A. Following the sold-out premiere, A24 announced the film’s surprise digital release.
