Canadian quartet PUP dropped an absolute bomb with the April 5 release of their acclaimed fourth album Morbid Stuff, and the Torontonian road warriors, who were already booked out through the spring and summer, have now announced an extensive fall tour of North America, Europe and the U.K., because what’s 42 more shows?
“The Morbid Stuff Tour-Pocalypse 2019” features support from two other standout rock acts in Illuminati Hotties and Charly Bliss. PUP’s North American run with the former band begins in Philadelphia on Sept. 11, focusing mostly on the East Coast and Midwest, and culminating in a Sept. 29 stop in Grand Rapids, Mich. PUP then spend October touring across their native Canada, playing half a dozen shows alongside Charly Bliss, then a few more solo, before crossing the pond to spend November crisscrossing Europe and the U.K. We got tired just summing that up.
Tickets go on sale next Friday, April 19, at 10 a.m. local time. You can grab yours here. PUP are also running an exclusive ticket pre-sale, starting Tuesday, April 16, at 10 a.m. local time, through which $1 from each ticket sold goes to benefit The Trevor Project, an organization focused on suicide prevention within the LBGTQ youth community.
