Weyes Blood Announces Something to Believe Tour

Weyes Blood is extending her international tour schedule with new dates stretching from Aug. 7 to Nov. 17. The tour, called the Something to Believe Tour, is in support of her latest album Titanic Rising.

On her new head-in-the-clouds full-length, Weyes Blood, aka Natalie Mering, constructs an ode to life and love with her characteristic psychedelic, baroque-pop style, infused with an undercurrent of folk and soft rock.

Mering finds peace in the celestial during catastrophe and reminds us that when everything is falling apart, we can look to the stars. While brimming with sentimentality and nostalgia, Titanic Rising also offers a clear, insightful view of society’s future.

Tickets for the Something to Believe Tour go on sale at 10 a.m. local time this Friday, May 24. Until then, Weyes Blood is staying busy with her current True Love Is Making A Comeback Tour, hitting Minneapolis tomorrow night and wrapping up June 13 in Los Angeles.

Weyes Blood will also join Kacey Musgraves on her tour through Sept. 11-21 while appearing in festivals including Roskilde in Denmark, Outside Lands in San Francisco and Austin City Limits.
