Coachella 2020 Lineup Announced: Rage Against the Machine, Travis Scott, Frank Ocean to Headline

Goldenvoice announced the 21st Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival’s lineup on Thursday night, revealing Rage Against the Machine, Travis Scott and Frank Ocean as the two-weekend West Coast fest’s 2020 headliners.

Recently reunited rap-rock revolutionaries Rage Against the Machine will perform on the nights of Friday, April 10 and 17; seven-time Grammy-nominated rapper Scott handles Saturday, April 11 and 18; and neo-soul wonder Ocean closes it all out on Sunday, April 12 and 19.

Standouts further down the bill include Thom Yorke’s Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes, Carly Rae Jepsen, Run the Jewels, FKA twigs, Lana Del Rey, Lil Nas X, Danny Elfman, Megan Thee Stallion, Fatboy Slim, Charli XCX, Weyes Blood, Caribou, black midi, (Sandy) Alex G, Snail Mail, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Noname, PUP, Bedouin, Sleaford Mods, 100 gecs, Fontaines D.C., Mannequin Pussy, Beach Bunny, Orville Peck, slowthai, Crumb and many more.

Coachella celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2019. Among the headliners on the festival’s first-ever bill in 1999? Rage Against the Machine.

The festival is staged at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif. Weekend 1, set for April 10-12, is already sold out, while presale registration for Weekend 2 passes begins Monday, Jan. 6, at 3 p.m. ET.
