Written by Richard Parks and Andrew Leland Foley, Wayne Coyne’s Human Head-Shaped Tumor is about a talking tumor on Coyne’s leg and features music from such artists as Will Sheff of Okkervil River, The Flaming Lips, Grizzly Bear’s Ed Droste, Bill Callahan, Eleanor Friedberger, Oneida and Nico Muhly with voice acting from Droste, Paul F.
