A friend sent us this video clip yesterday morning. We clicked on it, loved it, noticed the play count was about 77,000. Pretty impressive for a home movie from some random wedding in Minnesota!... read more

If you thought you heard the sound of hip-hop with a decidedly Hebraic bent lately, it wasn't your imagination. Matisyahu, the cream of the Hasidic rapping crop, is on a big 'ol cross-country tour. Of course, no tour can hit every venue of note in the lower 48, so for those of you who might not get the chance to see him live, Matisyahu has been posting video updates from his RV and at various locales on his tour-cum-roadtrip.... read more

Among the quirky videos in the compilation, Radiohead's "Knives Out" and Michael Andrews and Gary Jules' "Mad World."... read more

In preparation for the release of his next album, Wait for Me (out June 30), Moby has released a music video for "Shot in the Back of the Head." This is a big deal less for the song itself, which shouldn't be too surprising for anyone who's been listening to what Moby's been up to over the last several years, but moreso because the video is directed by David Lynch.... read more

Although they first caught our eye long ago, Manchester Orchestra have been gathering national steam ever since releasing their debut full-length album, I'm Like A Virgin Losing a Child. In a prospective money-making move that is equally baffling and exciting, MTV has decided to return to its roots and show more music videos. Of course, there's a catch: For anyone with a relatively normal sleep routine, the music will be hard to appreciate. On Monday, "AMTV" began showing music videos, interviews, news and performances from 3 to 9 a.m. The block of time, which has been called an advertising experiment for possible partnerships, will run Monday through Thursday. Three a.m. is an odd start time to be sure, but for a network that has become more synonymous with C-list celebrity reality... read more
