Faith No More Announce Deluxe-Edition Reissues of Two Albums

Classic metal-heads, rejoice! The alt-metal legends Faith No More have announced the deluxe reissues of 1995’s King For a Day … Fool For a Lifetime and 1997’s Album of the Year. Both reissues will be released via Rhino Records on Sept. 9 on a special two-disc, 180-gram vinyl pressing with bonus tracks, rarities and live recordings.

The band announced back in June that they will be reissuing their 1985 debut album We Care A Lot on Aug. 19, more than 20 years since the album has been in print. The bonus material from the reissues will be the first taste of new music since the release of their seventh album, 2015’s Sol Invictus.

“This has been a band effort,” said bassist Bill Gould in a press release. “We are releasing this in the same way as we recorded it, deciding everything amongst ourselves and getting our hands deep into the nuts and bolts … just like we used to.”
