Gene Simmons Responds to People Who Doubt His Ability to Trademark Rock ‘n’ Roll Devil Horns: “Actually, Bitch, I Can”

Gene Simmons has a message for those who doubted his ability to trademark the rock ‘n’ roll devil hand gesture, and that is that you’re so wrong you don’t even understand how wrong you are.
“Anyone who thinks that’s silly: the silliest thing I’ve ever done is wear more makeup and higher heels than your mommy,” Simmons explained in an interview with NME. “People said, ‘You can’t do that.’ Actually, bitch, I can. I can do anything I want to do.”
He also revealed that he owns the “moneybags” logo and “motion picture” as a trademark. There is no evidence of Simmons having ownership of either of these things, but no one is about to tell him otherwise.
Due to major backlash, Simmons has withdrawn his patent application for the devil horns, but he wants everyone to know that if he wanted to trademark them, he could have done it, god damn it.
