Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Script Breaks Pre-order Records, Even Before the Play's Premiere

Even though the London play following the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is still being previewed, the play’s script has topped both Barnes & Noble and Amazon’s bestseller lists. It has also broken Barnes & Noble’s record for the most pre-ordered book, a mark that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows had held since 2007.

The play Emma Watson described as “AMAZING” was written by Jack Thorne, based on a story by Thorne, J.K. Rowling, and John Tiffany, and is currently being previewed in London. It will officially begin on July 30, and the book will be released on July 31. Find preview photos of the play right here.
