Questlove Will Release a Cookbook Featuring Recipes from Jimmy Fallon, Maya Rudolph, Many More

The Roots co-founder and musical wunderkind Questlove has finally put his deep interest in food to a good literary use: The unlikely culinary impresario has announced the release of a cookbook celebrating the relationship between music and food, titled Mixtape Potluck.
With none other than Martha Stewart penning its foreword, Mixtape Potluck comprises tried-and-true recipes shared by upwards of 50 of Questlove’s peers, including Jimmy Fallon, Maya Rudolph, Amy Poehler, Dominique Ansel and Natalie Portman, among others. Questlove fuses together an accessible collection of recipes with “diverting musical commentaries” by also pairing each guest’s recipe with a song he feels captures their unique creative energy.
