Tracy Morgan hosted Saturday Night Live last night, triumphantly returning to television 16 months after the bus accident that almost killed him. Savvy fans should have expected some other old faces to return—this show loves piling on the cameos, especially when an old cast member is hosting—but the short glimpse at an old episode of 30 Rock that never actually existed was a surprise. Morgan’s joined by his old 30 Rock cast mates Tina Fey, Jane Krakowski, Jack McBrayer and Alec Baldwin in the video above, which might not live up to 30 Rock’s standards from a laughs perspective, but is still a fun thing to watch.
