Watch the Trailer for David Harbour’s Netflix Mockumentary Frankenstein’s Monster’s Monster, Frankenstein

The trailer for David Harbour’s forthcoming Netflix mockumentary Frankenstein’s Monster’s Monster, Frankenstein has been released and will send you down a whirlwind of after-school special, Masterpiece Theatre nostalgia.

Directed by Daniel Gray Longino (PEN15), the mockumentary follows the Stranger Things actor playing himself as he uncovers lost footage from his father’s televised stage play, Frankenstein’s Monster’s Monster, Frankenstein, and explores the secrets of his family’s acting lineage.

The trailer features footage of present-day Harbour interviewing people about his father spliced with clips of Harbour portraying his father in the dreadful made-for-TV movie.

Frankenstein’s Monster’s Monster, Frankenstein (yes, the Netflix special, not Harbour’s fictionalized father’s film), will debut globally on July 16, and will feature guest appearances from Alfred Molina and Kate Berlant.
