Leslie Jones Is Getting a Netflix Comedy Special in 2020

Saturday Night Live’s Leslie Jones is often the funniest part of the sketch show, bringing an exuberant energy and game attitude to every character. She’s been nominated for Emmys, she’s been an Olympics host, she loves Game of Thrones and now she’s getting her own Netflix comedy special.

The untitled hourlong special will be filmed during “An Evening With Leslie Jones,” the comic’s upcoming show at Washington, D.C.’s Warner Theatre on Sept. 10, as Jones revealed on Thursday night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! It will launch on Netflix sometime in 2020, and it’s being produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment.
