Netflix’s comedy brand “Netflix Is A Joke” will be hosting its very first comedy festival in Los Angeles this year from April 27 to May 3. Featuring a full week of comedy events, many big-name funny people will be present, including Ali Wong, Amy Schumer, Bill Burr, Dave Chappelle, David Letterman, Jamie Foxx, Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, Kevin Hart, Martin Lawrence, Sebastian Maniscalco, the cast of Schitt’s Creek and more.

Numerous events will take place during the week, including an LGBT-focused night titled STAND OUT, featuring numerous iconic queer comedians such as Margaret Cho, Wanda Sykes, Alan Carr and Rosie O’Donnell. On closing night, May 3, the festival will throw its hall of fame event “The Hall” to honor comedy legends, of which there are many attending. Dave Chappelle, Kevin Hart, Chris Rock, Billy Crystal, Whoopi Goldberg, Jerry Seinfeld, Sarah Silverman and Wanda Sykes will induct late comedy legends George Carlin, Richard Pryor, Joan Rivers and Robin Williams.

David Letterman will host his own night at The Fonda in which he presents several comedians, then sits them down for an immediate interview. Later in the week, Chris D’Elia will be recording a live episode of his podcast. The festival is huge, with a near-infinite list of happenings across the week.
