Seth Meyers Takes “A Closer Look” at How Bad Things Got on Trump’s Birthday

June 14 was President Trump’s birthday and Seth Meyers used his “A Closer Look” segment to dive into a few reasons we shouldn’t be celebrating.

What did Trump get for his birthday this year? Put under personal investigation by a special counsel for possible obstruction of justice, as Meyers points out. He calls the situation “one of the greatest self-owns in political history” before getting into Trump’s threats to fire special counsel Robert Mueller. Meyers also questions the secrecy regarding the healthcare bill in yet another hilarious night of his signature segment.
