Tacoma, Complete With New Commentary Mode, Coming to PS4 in May
Images via FullbrightTacoma, Fullbright’s follow-up to the genre-defining Gone Home, is coming to PlayStation 4. According to the PlayStation blog, the narrative-driven title will launch for the console on May 8.
Along with the full space station exploration experience, Fullbright lead Steve Gaynor announced that a new Commentary Mode will be included in the console release. “While we aim to make our games as seamless and immersive as possible, we also love hearing the weird behind-the-scenes stories of how our favorite games are made, where their inspirations came from, and all the tricks of the trade that went into bringing them to life—and that’s just what we aim to bring you with Tacoma’s Commentary Mode,” said Gaynor. The new add-on promises to offer insight from the entire Fullbright team on every aspect of what went into crafting the immersive world of the abandoned Tacoma space station.
Gaynor even offered a feline-laden preview of Commentary Mode’s offerings.

Those who own the game on other consoles need not fret, as Commentary Mode will be a free update for all other consoles on May 8, as well.
And along with the PS4 release, we’re adding DEVELOPER COMMENTARY MODE— over two hours of audio commentary from the folks who made Tacoma! (Yes it’ll be a free update on other platforms on the 8th as well!) pic.twitter.com/qjYeixV8eL
