Star-Lord Asks Drax for Relationship Advice in Fun First Teaser for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

Only an hour after revealing the first teaser poster for Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2, James Gunn dropped the film’s first actual teaser, and it’s filled with everything you could possibly want. There’s an awkward hug between Drax and Star-Lord, tons of walking in formation and best of all, baby Groot.

Set to “Hooked on a Feeling,” the new teaser doubles down on everything that made the first Guardians of the Galaxy such a hit. It’s also pretty light on plot, and doesn’t introduce Kurt Russell’s character, a new addition to the cast who is set to play Star-Lord’s father.

As an added bonus, the teaser also sees Drax at his most brutally honest, offering Star-Lord some harsh relationship advice. “You just need to find a woman who is pathetic, like you.” Check out the full teaser above, and find the teaser poster here.
