Halle Berry In Talks to Star In the Kingsman Sequel for Fox

Looks like Fox plans to inject another one of our favorite female actresses into its Kingsman sequel universe.

Deadline is reporting that Halle Berry (X-Men, Extant) is currently negotiating a two-picture deal with the studio to star as the head of the CIA in the British spy drama that will have its characters crossing the Atlantic for its second go.

Berry isn’t the only major actress currently in talks to star in Kingsman 2. Last month, Julianne Moore was reportedly eyeing the role of the sequel’s major villain.

Kingsman’s young star Taron Egerton will be back as the story’s lead while Matthew Vaughn will return to direct the sequel, which begins shooting this summer.
