Salomé is a biblically derived play that was first written by world-renowned playwright, Oscar Wilde, over a hundred years ago. Unfortunately, due to the play’s controversial central themes of lust, greed and sex, the play was banned, thus preventing the piece from becoming as famous as Wilde’s more well known work.

Wilde Salomé is a documentary film directed by and starring Al Pacino as he takes us on a journey through Oscar Wilde’s masterpiece and unravels some of the mystery surrounding his most infamous play.
