Watch Paramount Network’s Moving I Am Patrick Swayze Trailer

Grab some tissues, because the Paramount Network is rolling out a documentary on the late actor Patrick Swayze, and according to its new trailer, the film will touch on the actor’s highs and lows in life.
I Am Patrick Swayze will premiere on the Paramount Network on Aug. 18, and the documentary will revolve around the upbringing, career and subsequent death of actor Patrick Swayze. The actor was best known for his roles in Dirty Dancing, Ghost, Point Break, Roadhouse and more, but unfortunately died in September 2009 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
The trailer for the documentary looks at Swayze’s many diverse roles in Hollywood. With interviews from co-stars such as Demi Moore, Rob Lowe, Sam Elliott, Jennifer Grey, C. Thomas Howell and more, the documentary gives insight into the Swayze’s legacy in and out of Hollywood.
“Patrick had something about him that was very rugged, but that also had that beautiful, gentle, sensuous ability to move,” Moore, who starred with Swayze in Ghost, said in the trailer.
