Paramount has released the first trailer for the George Clooney directed dark comedy Suburbicon starring Matt Damon.
The trailer opens to introduce us to the titular setting, a run-of-the-mill middle-class suburb before revealing a dangerous mob presence threatening to ruin the idyllic town.
Clooney wrote the script with The Coen Brothers and Grant Heslov. Oscar Isaac and Julianne Moore also star in the film, which is set to premiere at the Venice Film Festival later this summer.
Suburbicon hits theaters Oct. 27. Watch the trailer above.
