New Clip from DC’s Suicide Squad Shows off Enchantress

Suicide Squad’s latest clip debuts the supervillain Enchantress. Enchantress is a 6,000-year-old witch who takes the form of Dr. June Moone when not under the command of Amanda Waller (Viola Davis), the woman who assembled the Suicide Squad.

In the film, Enchantress is played by Cara Delevingne, the model-turned-actor who played a leading role in last year’s Paper Towns.

Suicide Squad is taking over San Diego Comic Con, which began today and runs through Sunday. In addition to a panel with the main cast, there will be a signing—both of these will likely prove almost impossible to get into. Warner Bros. is even turning a portion of the nearby Hard Rock Hotel into a recreation of the Belle Reve Penitentiary, where the members of Suicide Squad are locked up.
