Saved by the Bell was arguably the best Saturday morning TV show in the ‘90s. Who could forget Zach, Kelly, Jessie, Slater, Lisa, and Screech? According to Dustin Diamond, the nerd on camera and off, the drama off the screen was just as wild as what happened on the show. While Dustin Diamond’s book Behind the Bell gave us a glimpse of the cast off the small screen, the written word simply couldn’t capture Diamond’s story completely. So, Lifetime TV picked up the tale, and brought it to life in a made-for-TV movie.
