You can find the details of each down below, beneath the entry link, and purchase copies of your own via Waxwork’s website.
Readers who would like to win the four movie soundtracks may enter here. U.S. entries only. Contest runs today, Friday, Oct. 25, through Thursday, Oct. 31, 11:59:59 p.m. E.T.
The original Child’s Play’s motion picture soundtrack includes the complete 1988 score by Joseph Renzetti, sourced from the original master tapes and re-mastered for vinyl. It also includes new art by Phantom City Creative, and features 180-gram, “Chucky”-colored vinyl and old-style, tip-on gatefold jackets with satin coating.
The Walking Dead composer Bear McCreary’s music for 2019’s Child’s Play reboot was carried out with his assembly of a “toy orchestra.” McCreary used his own voice to create an ominous “kids choir” and collaborated closely with legendary actor (and new voice of Chucky) Mark Hamill, who sings “The Buddi Song.” Inspired by Chucky’s toy origins, McCreary challenged himself by composing a score predominately with toys and handheld instruments—toy pianos, slinkies, xylophones, rattles, ukuleles, accordions, kazoos, hurdy gurdies and more are married with a variety of synthesizers, percussion, violin, viola, cello, and bass to create the film’s score.
McCreary’s score comes as a special, deluxe double-LP vinyl edition that includes 180-gram, “Chucky’s Eyes”-colored vinyl, liner notes by McCreary, artwork by Phantom City Creative, a 12”x12” insert and deluxe packaging.
